Who We Are:
For the Greater Good
We are currently celebrating 26 years of providing high-quality service to low-income adults with developmental disabilities. Through our successful programs and services, we create opportunities for these individuals to lead full and independent lives free of stigmas or limitations. We focus on independence, while also recognizing that some support may be needed as well. Those directly affected by our tremendous programs are our participants, their families, employers, co-workers and supporters; each represents the strides Californians are willing to take to create universal social equality.

Who We Serve:
Employment & Community Options has a non-exclusionary policy. All are welcome!
On an annual basis, we serve as many as 1,600 individuals who contend with obstacles including but not limited to:
- Autism
- Cerebral Palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Dual Diagnoses
- Hearing Impairments
- Learning Disabilities
- Mental Retardation
- Severe Behavioral Disorders
*Employment & Community Options also serves impoverished seniors who must return to work because they cannot afford to remain retired and live in the community.

Vision
We envision a society that welcomes all its members as full partners in their community.
Mission
Employment & Community Options seeks to create and support opportunities for adults with disabilities and disadvantaged seniors in making choices to live, work and enjoy life in their community with dignity and respect.
