Who we need:
We are looking for energetic and caring individuals who want to make a difference.  A career with Employment & Community Options will enable you to enhance the quality of life of each individual we serve by supporting them in securing and retaining employment and to maximize their ability to live as independently as possible.
We are looking for people who have at least a high school diploma.  Benefits packages include medical, dental, vision, insurance, pension, Employment Assistance Program, paid personal leave and holiday pay. We offer a variety of positions depending upon your level of education and experience.

Job Openings:
We currently have challenging and rewarding opportunities for you in these areas:

Supported Employment Specialist
The Support Specialist works directly with the person with a disability teaching them the skills to be successful in the community and on the job. The Supported Employment Support Specialist works with a caseload of individuals teaching, training and supporting them on the job.

Integrated Employment Support Specialist
The Integrated Employment Support Specialist works with a group of 3 people in a structured 6 hour program accessing the community.

Independent Living Skills (ILS) Instructor
The Independent Living Instructor works directly with a caseload of individuals teaching, training and supporting them to live in their own apartments.

Support Specialist Floater
The Support Specialist Floater works in the Integrated Employment program covering for staff absences supporting a group of 3 people.  This is a 30 hour per week position.
